Getting started
In this video I explain the first steps to getting you started and on-boarded with me. I go over everything from food preferences and allergies, previous diets and current diet/meal splits etc. as well as training experience, training volume and even what equipment you have access to.
You don’t need a gym membership to get results with me!

How to take your check-in photos
Along side measuring yourself for your weekly check-ins, you’ll also need to take weekly photos. Paired with your measurements, we use these to track your progress throughout the plan and make any necessary changes .
