Getting started

In this video I explain the first steps to getting you started and on-boarded with me. I go over everything from food preferences and allergies, previous diets and current diet/meal splits etc. as well as training experience, training volume and even what equipment you have access to.

You don’t need a gym membership to get results with me!

How to measure yourself for your check-in

Measuring yourself for your weekly check-ins is super important, and we do this to track how your body changes and progresses.

This video will show you how to correctly measure each part of your body consistently, so we know we are tracking the exact same areas each week.


How to take your check-in photos

Along side measuring yourself for your weekly check-ins, you’ll also need to take weekly photos. Paired with your measurements, we use these to track your progress throughout the plan and make any necessary changes .

This video will show you how to correctly and consistently take your check-in photos to make sure you are getting the most out of every check-in!
